Services are provided "as is" and "as available." We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time without notice.

5. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading practices
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

7. Payment Terms

7.1 Pricing

Prices for our Services are displayed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are subject to change. We will notify you of any price changes in advance.

7.2 Payment Processing

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred. All sales are final unless otherwise stated.

7.3 Subscriptions

For subscription services:

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• You will be charged at the beginning of each billing period
• Cancellations must be made before the next billing cycle
• No refunds for partial billing periods unless required by law

7.4 Taxes

Prices do not include applicable taxes (including GST/HST as required in Ontario). You are responsible for all applicable taxes.

8. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Our refund policy complies with Ontario consumer protection laws:

• Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time but remain active until the end of the billing period
• One-time purchases may be eligible for refund within 14 days if the service was not delivered
• Custom services and completed work are non-refundable
• Refund requests must be submitted in writing to our support team

9. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

9.1 No Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9.2 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY ONTARIO AND CANADIAN LAW, SOCIAL ANCHORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Social Anchors, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or related to your use of our Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another party.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

12. Dispute Resolution

12.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

12.2 Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario, Canada.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including:

Upon termination, your right to use our Services will immediately cease. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
